I’ve dealt with Jackson Paint and glass on a few projects and I have nothing but terrible experiences. They don’t seem to care to deliver any better service because they don’t have any competitors. They are unresponsive to orders for glass, they are unhelpful & unfriendly, they mess up orders, and they are slow & never deliver on time. I thought maybe my experience was because they only want to deal with GC’s, but they delivered the wrong order and then the glass door was not installed properly on corrected order.
